The purpose of our Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) is to inform you about the purposes of obtaining your personal data, how we will use them, what your rights are in relation to your data we have stored and how to exercise these rights.

1. Data controller

2. Purpose of data processing and types of personal data
The personal data you provide us with will be handled in confidence and only used for the purposes for which you have provided. If the need shall arise for the further processing of your data for any other purpose, we will notify you in advance and request your consent.

3. Visiting and using the website
Every time you visit the website, the internet server automatically stores the server log (e.g. IP address – a number that identifies each computer or other device on the internet; browser version, time of visit, etc.). We process this data for the purpose of managing the statistics of visits to our website. Mamut Tim d.o.o. processes each piece of data separately and does not link them to other data.

If there are any links to other websites that are not in any way connected to Mamut Tim d.o.o., we do not assume any liability for the protection of data on these websites.

4. Processing of our clients’ personal data
The data you provide us with when sending an enquiry is provided voluntarily and on the basis of consent to communicating via e-mail for the purpose of communications regarding your enquiry. The personal data of clients is never disclosed to third parties owing to the confidential relationship between the user and Mamut Tim d.o.o.

– Providers of postal services, providers of delivery services, providers of document and data carrier destruction;
– Providers of IT services as part of maintenance and servicing of software and hardware;
– The website administrator.

Mamut Tim d.o.o. undertakes not to transfer or transmit your personal data to a third country or international organisation.

6. Storage period
We only store your data for as long as needed for the purpose for which the data was collected and used to be fulfilled, namely:

Server logs are stored for three (3) months;
Your contact details for the needs of communication are processed until the business transaction is completed or until the communication is completed;
If there is a different legally stipulated storage period for a individual piece of data that is processed for the realisation of a contract (e.g. accounting or tax data), the storage period is ten (10) years. Within this period, data processing is limited.
When the data managing needs are fulfilled, i.e. when the data is no longer needed, the data is immediately and irrevocably and permanently erased.

Mamut Tim d.o.o. ensures the exercising of all rights that you are entitled to in relation with the processing of your personal data.
You can request the following at any time:

The deletion of your data from the enquiry database
The deletion of your data that is stored for the purposes of enquiries

We retain the right to amend this Policy as needed to adapt to current situations and applicable personal data protection legislation. Therefore, we ask that you read the current version of the Policy before each time you provide your personal data, in order to be informed about any potential amendments.
